With over 20 classes a week we have something for everyone. All classes are scalable and catered to each member participating in the class, all of our coaches are experienced and qualified to make you time at class as enjoyable as possible.

Bootcamp

Challenging, fun, and supportive workout. Whether you are new to exercise or just getting back into it, that's okay. A bootcamp work out consists of a range of cardiovascular conditioning, strength training and body weight exercises. Bootcamp is a variation of interval training - bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals or lighter activity.

Metcon

Metabolic conditioning. Metcon describes a type of work out that most commonly combines strength and cardio conditioning. During these classes you will exert energy for a prolonged period of time doing both anaerobic and aerobic exercises.

Strength and Conditioning

Designed to elevate your fitness levels and enhance overall performance, this class combines a variety of high-intensity exercises, including weightlifting, bodyweight movements, plyometrics, and cardiovascular drills. Each session is carefully crafted to improve strength, power, agility, and endurance, ensuring a well-rounded and effective workout experience.

Took me awhile to find a gym I liked. Now that's I've found gener8 I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love the variety of the classes! I take advantage of the creche on my day off and my daughter loves going. Another plus is there is plenty of parking!
